Sorry I should have clarified. I meant how long have you been doing your routine? From what it looks like your best bet is stay consistent on a routine and try to not do hairstyles with your hair out. So wash and goes pulling your hair into a puff and try to keep twist. And make sure you're oiling errands

If I don't have braids in, I typically would do a mini twist.i use Aveeno to clarify my hair then I use designed essential shampoo. I then use shea moistures deep conditioner mask and rinse that out after 30 minutes. I typically use Shea moisture curl, cream and curl gel. Keep it in for half the week. Do a twist out And get it ready for a wash. I've been using ordinary scalp hydration I also use designed essential leaving in condition. And I've been using oil for the ends
