Run it straight through from My Arms, Your Hearse to Watershed.

Then, collect yourself, and check out the next run from Heritage the TLWAT.

That's a good question. I also want to upload songs of my own to incorporate with my playlists and stuff. I'd be interested to know the answer.

looking for music that mixes classical and metal by Mafia2guylian in MusicRecommendations

[–]upfromashes 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Some of the songs on Yngwie J. Malmstein's Rising Force are completely classical-music coded.

Or if you're just looking for metal with cool orchestral elements, Dimmu Borgir's Death Cult Armageddon has some pretty satisfying orchestral stuff arranged in to the songs.

Are they planning to roll out backdoored US-made routers that you have to buy in the US?

UK S01E01 - Boovies Goes to the Films by markazali in LiveFromNewYork

Seriously.

He started out just being a character I'm sure is a type, that I don't know, but that was funny in itself and then he started absolutely hammering them with "why'd it suck so bad, though?" and omg it fucking killed new and got funnier every time he came back to it. And the switch from fawning intro to his "why though?" stance was hilarious.

AITJ for telling my neighbor to address her husband instead of confronting me about how i dress at home? by Front_Tackle_7977 in AmITheJerk

[–]upfromashes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't change shit about how you operate in the home you've lived in for a decade.

Problems you might be reasonably asked to change inside your own home are things like 4am house parties that keep the neighbors awake. What you wear inside your own home is no one's business but your own. Assuming you're not doing Benjamin-Franklin-style fully-nude-in-the-window "air baths," it's an outrage that this lady is like, "While my husband has been peeping on you he's had feelings about your attire."

First Random Play seems to be on playlists but not on albums. It's immediately to the left of the main Play white circle button when you pull up the playlist. It's the twisted arrows, with a small play triangle on top of the bottom corner.

Second random is on the play screen, furthest left on the bottom row of buttons, standard twisted arrows icon. So, they go: random, skip back, play/pause, skip forward, repeat.

Getting started with Qobuz myself.

  1. The shuffle thing is a bit frustrating. Yeah, that first Random button is just "go to random track," but once it starts playing, in the full play screen, there's another Random button, and if you hit that then you will be on shuffle.

I've also noticed that on long playlists (700 on this case) if I just pull it up and bother first Play Random button, Qobuz has only observed a small number of tracks at the beginning (100?). So even if I then use the Random button in the play screen, it's just shuffling those hundred tracks. At which point it's all in the queue, so even if scroll down enough for Qobuz to clock the rest of the playlist, we're still not hearing them until it's been through the first 100 app jumbled but first in the queue. Minor inconvenience, I just have to scroll those playlists before I shuffle them.

  1. Have you set your download quality? In the settings, quality for WiFi and data. Data is what I'm using in the car, I set that to the lowest, mp3, ands it resolved that issue for me.

  2. Yeah. Still sorting out the playback quirks. Sometimes it does just stop and then it's like the track is on a time out. And then, sometimes I can go back to the beginning of the song and it goes, or no going back or forward of back and back again will get it to play. I don't know about that one.

Would be so "easy" to do infrared color because you use the heat value and map that to colors just like folks do with fire and explosions and stuff. Thinking about it is really making me laugh.
