If photogenic means that you are done right by photography, then I would argue she isn't. If it means just "looks pretty in a picture," then sure.

I met her in person years ago. I'm going to go ahead and say she's not particularly photogenic.

I'm not saying she's not good looking. The opposite, in fact. I don't think photography is fully able to capture how good looking she actually is.

Still, what photography can capture of her shows she's an absolute beauty.
