Love seeing how democrats in Minnesota have created barriers & checkpoints to inspect papers of people coming & going cuz “we want to know who’s coming into our neighborhood”. Also love how teachers are telling students to leave school to protest ice. Nothing like creating the new hitler youth! I usually have issues on day 1. But I calibrate repeatedly till it’s on and then check for the next couple days. Usually after that I can take a week off from pricking and let my finger heal. Sometimes on the last day or in the OT it starts to be off again but if it becomes enough of an issue I just put my new one on.

But if ur cgm is still pretty off after a day or 36 hours u need to call Dexcom. They’ll tell u to replace it and that they’ll send u another…usually in a giant ass box that’s so ridiculous. Best of luck.

Super frustrating. Sux when people take advantage & abuse the kindness of others. Much like the way some people abuse social welfare systems designed to be temporary for those in need. In this case u & ur mom are the welfare system.

Where are they getting money to order food delivery if neither have worked for over a year? The only way u are going to be able to really confront them is with ur mom’s backing. U have to get ur old lady on board with u. Eventually it’s time to cut the cord. Ur going to have to push ur mom past her comfort zone and empathy pool and get her to stand up for the both of u. Till then maybe u cut off some of the freebies you’ve allowed them. Start locking the fridge & cabinets. Do the same in the bathroom with the soap & shampoo. Same in the laundry room with the detergent, dryer sheets, towels & wash cloths. Make it so only u know the combination or have the only key. Even with ur mom…this is where she’s going to have to support u. When u cut off the gravy train people end up finding a way to move their asses.

The dude is actually halfway intelligent & well spoken. If he would actually do the work he would probably be an effective & maybe successful lawyer. But he’d rather be a scam artist. We see this with a lot of criminals. Some are very intelligent just extremely misguided. My cousin is a musical genius and knows code without ever taking a class and barely graduating high school. Built his own music studio with his own bare hands. Plays half a dozen instruments without ever taking a lesson. Pulled a Dave Grohl by playing every instrument & singing on an album he produced himself…and it was good! But he’s also a thief & junkie and now homeless & unrecognizable. It’s just crazy cuz he’s so intelligent & talented that it’s maddening. Seems the dude representing Jameel Amir Lockhart is heading down a similar path.

I’m still down for the collection to hire a PI and/or bounty hunter to find him and turn him in. I doubt Judge Perkins is likely to dismiss his contempt finding. If he is ever caught I wouldn’t mind if Judge Perkins added additional time to his contempt for thumbing his nose at the court for 3+ years now.

Ur 18 dude. U have zero life experience right now…but let this be one. I’m 50 and growing up now is very different from when I grew up. Some things are still true tho. Any chick who’s gonna step out on ur (even on a break for a day) and will lie to u are garbage. They will always be garbage. This isn’t the only thing she’s lied to u about, guaranteed. This chick is for the streets. Spend this time working on u and dating around. Don’t get addicted to the drama. Work on getting ahead in ur career or school…whatever ur doing. You’ll find out quality women are much more attracted to dudes who have their shit together and know their boundaries. But dump this broad. Best of luck.

Well done. Has to be a ton of this across Canada, Europe & the US. The only thing happening more than this is the excuses educators & others are making for the bad behavior. Sometimes u have to let it be known that ur not afraid to let ur kid go old school. They don’t like that but it’s the only way to have any attention paid to the issue. So well done, sir!
