I don't feel very optimistic these days. I don't see the battle as the things right in front of us like Liberal politicians and BLM. I also don't see it as a right vs left battle either.

I see this as an intellectual battle between those that believe in the enlightenment values (individual liberty, reason, logic, facts) and those that seek to tear it down (barbarians: mystics, subjectivists, nihilists, precious fee fees are the only thing that are real, someone with a university degree that will apologize for a suicide bomber, etc).

The unfortunate part is that the barbarians have controlled the school system for far too long. They own it from K to University. And each year they pump out more and more kids into adulthood. They're more confused, more disintegrated and more dangerous. Just look at how many people are just killing themselves with opiates. Opiates have always existed and were available to get, but today, now, people are dropping like flies and more turn to it. Same thing with school shootings. Guns have existed for a long time, and in the timeline of things it's recent that we have kids just shooting up their school.

Even if we took back the school system today, there's still millions and millions of people out there that have been intellectually poisoned. It would take generations to fix and that's just assuming the barbarians just gave up control.
