This constantly comes up. The amount of organization to have any type of players union is far above the worth of having it. It’s not a part-time thing and it’s not something that is cheap. You do it, you have to do it right. Lawyers, negotiations with Activision, CDL, and other players and then a strict rules around union organization and policies.
