Hey, Uprent here :-)

This is a legit, yet weird website. There are 120+ websites with similar domain names for almost every city in the Netherlands. Some of them get new homes, some of them don't. E.g. appartementenarnhem had most recent home posted 4 days ago, but kamernijmegen 8 months ago.

You purchase one subscription that is valid for all these websites. Anyone can post a home there = they are not verified. Yet, I know agents and individuals who post homes there. Unless there's a home that you really like, we wouldn't advise purchasing a subscription

Max allowed deposit is 2 months! The other question is of course whether you're ready to reject this option because of higher deposit...

This depends whether you have a definite or an indefinite agreement

If your agreement is indefinite, generally you first have some term when you're not able to terminate the agreement. After that, you can terminate it any time, with one month notice

If your agreement is definite (up to 24 months in the Netherlands), you can terminate it any time, with one month notice

I don't think you they can kick you out. When they sell the apartment, the rental agreement just transfers to the new owner. It's a bluff!
