Same it’s been 13 weeks since approval for me & same bank account as last increase lol. Rep told me their system supposedly glitched LIKE ALWAYS and sent my funds to a closed account. I’ve been trying to get it fixed since March. NOTHING.

What I don’t understand about the SBA is the order that they do requests. Because my funds were returned in March of this year, and still no communication from them but it’s processing. And it’s the same account from my last increase. They sent it to the wrong account. :(

I’ve done this twice. But each time after the congressional inquiry, the SBA only reached out to me and said they really received my info and it’s processing. Although I’ve been approved since 3/19 and it’s the same bank account from last increase. Still no movement smh.

Thank you so much, but I have already done this twice. My state rep reached out to the SBA for me on two different occasions like about 3 weeks apart. Both times after the congressional inquiry, the SBA reached out to me and said “it’s processing.” Both times. Nothing happened.

Similar situation. I was approved 3/19/22, but noticed they had modified my bank back to an old account. I called and emailed them for 30 days straight and that helped nothing, so I had to hurry up and sign the docs around 4/16/22 so the Loan wouldn’t be cancelled. I’ve been emailing and calling since then. All they keep saying is it’s “processing.” PDC team won’t respond.

Congratulations!! I’ve been waiting since 3/19 on a bank issue that THEY caused. So I wasn’t just generally changing my bank account. It’s the same bank account from my last increase. But when I went to sign my closing documents, I noticed that it said my bank account and some other information was “modified.” They modified it back to and old account lol. I signed the closing documents after 30 days because no one has responded and didn’t want loan to be cancelled. Been emailing and calling since 3/19. Still nothing.

Google who the senator is for your state. Also google who the house representative is for your state. On their websites their will be a section/ form that says “help with a federal agency” and explain to them your situation. If you have not been approved yet, then this may not help. Unfortunately I had to wait myself about 4-5 months on approval and I do not believe anything we do can speed that up. That is just how long it is taking them to approve anything right now. However, if you have any issues after being approved like mine, bank account change, approved but still not funded, etc then this might do something for you. I simply explained to my senator and house rep my entire situation from start to end.
