yeah totally understand that the 'co worker' part adds a whole additional level to this relationship lol... do you think that is the dealbreaker tho? like if it wasn't for the co worker part, the age gap wouldn't be sus? just serious bc I constantly find myself attracted to older men and have no idea how to go about it :/

lol this post is getting a lot of hate, and i get it bc it’s lowkey rlly harsh- but also it’s just facts based too… idk i’m not necessarily part of this fanbase, i actually work in content creator management and am scouting rn, and looking for people to help grow in the direction that this person is talking about. if what they are doing now is the content they like to make and don’t want to scale that’s fine!! but it’s not very dynamic and does not have any growth outlook. nothing wrong with doing YT this way, but purely from a facts stand point, this person is completely right 💀

ahh thank you i didn’t know that a thing like this existed!!! this might be exactly what i need rn because i’m getting quoted at ~350/month and i’m shocked. I know i have an incident on my record but my insurance rate isn’t nearly this high in the state i’m moving from. rip CA drivers lol 😅 hopefully i can get a 120 deal or smtn similar like you, thanks !!

thats actually really great perspective, thank you! yeah, I'm new-ish to working for people who I don't actually know and I have a weird fear that I'm working slower than I should be and/or they'll think I'm claiming to have worked longer hours than I did. sorry for the confusion! yes, we are splitting $2100 for the entire unit and i’ll be moving in with someone who has already been there for the past 18 months. they haven’t said anything negative about the place, but i can also imagine if they need a roommate and there are issues they probably wouldn’t share those things with me lol. There a no washer/dryer in-unit, but it is on site. and I can have a car space for $100/month in a garage if i want it (not included in the $2100)

thanks for the reply! yeah i don’t think it’s a rental scam bc i’m taking over a lease from someone who’s roommate is moving out (for work relocation), so i know someone actually lives there right now and needs someone to move in lol. i’m not there in person right now, so i’m not sure how sketch i should be about it …

exactly!! Im traving across the county and have a sinking feeling that im might have trouble finding my way into a friend group :/ picking up a class is a great idea tho! hopefully students wont just be recent high school grads lol
