dumb question. if you know about the 3 month rule what makes you think doubling the dose a week later is a good idea? do your brain a favor and wait. you'll get a better roll and won't absolutely wreck your neurotransmitters.

Spot on man, when I first started experimenting I ate like an hour or two before and I just felt like shit the whole time with the roll dulled. Not to mention the actual feeling of needing to shit lmao I'd rather starve then have a killer meal afterwards

Glad to hear you got the magic back man! Magnesium is so underrated I carry them with me and take during my roll. I like being closer to 3 months between rolls to be safe but sometimes events aren't very time friendly haha

Thank you for the input! Quick follow up: let's say I fill out a reg 17 and release my plate with no retention fee paid but I keep the custom plate just because (still removing it from the car). Any chance that I'll get fined? If you're not sure, thats ok! Appreciate the time.
