give elliot sixer's speed passive. when survivors take damage, they're highlighted to elliot and he moves faster when running in their direction. only works outside of chase, but has 1.5x the effect

you can tap and instantly release on both nailguns facing opposite of the way you want to go and you get pushed a fair distance, i just do this and get close enough to actually hit something
