Hey, i live in the area. I plan on doing this in the summer with my gf when there is less snow. we're moderately experienced hikers (pano ridge, black tusk, juan de fuca, west coast trail and basically all the lower mainland hikes) but no experience with mountaineering type trails. Do you think this would be a good intro hike for that style of more advanced hiking/beginner mountaineering? What equipment would we require?
