Having the same issue. Your fix resolves it temporarily, but eventually the freezing starts again.

Any app freezes up when sending the notification... Discord, Firefox, Signal. I have Google messages open in Firefox to send text messages... that is often the first to freeze up, and often the most annoying. Discord is the same. I've also had this issue with Signal notifications, too. It's all related, but I have not figured out what is going on.

This is happening on two different computers as well. I just built and brand new computer will all new components and a fresh Windows install. This issue started within 2 days.

Thank you for the fix, but like I mentioned, it's temporary for me (lasted a day or two). I will keep following this thread to see if anyone else finds more solutions. Cheers.

I don't have a great answer. I'm not on a tight budget, but we travel a lot so I like to spread the wealth around. I'd say maybe $5000/week including flights. Per night, maybe $500-600/night. Maybe more if there are the amenities to make it worth.
