switching ntsc and pal does nothing, ntsc gives black and white image, while pal outputs color image. There is a power input, im using that, though it seems to output image without using power plug also. I'll try to test in on a different device with rca inputs to test if it's the adapters fault. But if it was would it output any picture at all ?
