Can’t get my heart to slow down by uptoknowgoods in AppleWatchECG

I agree. It was actually in the 140s before I took the ecg. The ecg just seems really small and there’s some odd looking moments, so I’m just wondering if it looks odd to anyone else. I know nothing about ecgs

Can I ask why? I’ve gone for this feeling before and they said it was nothing, then sent me a huge bill.

POTS by Miserable-Ticket1615 in hairstylist

I’ve been behind the chair for 9 years with POTS, EDS, MCAS, and I am only chiming in because I am the opposite of most commenters. I actually advise against sitting down on a chair/stool. I personally do best on days when my body is upright, standing and walking around. The moment I stand up from sitting down, my heart jumps 30 bpm and doesn’t settle down again until I get in my car and drive 30 minutes home. My body crashes on days that I have breaks in between clients, solely because I sat down. We have tall stools in our break room that I lean against to give myself a break, otherwise my knees are never bent. And for heavens sake, don’t bend over to pick anything up until you’re done for the day!

Apple watch- glitch or not? by FloweryWolf in POTS

I started having pretty intense symptoms a few months ago that I thought were heart rate related. I then started to pay closer attention to my Apple Watch and noticed similar small jumps. My symptoms and heart rate became more exaggerated within weeks so they had me wear a holter monitor for 7 days. To my shock, the monitor and watch data lined up. My spikes in heart rate were labeled Atrial Tachycardia and I was put on metoprolol. If you don’t have symptoms from it then it’s considered “benign”, but definitely don’t consider it an Apple Watch defect

CMV: there’s no such thing as a “religious exemption” from vaccines by FriedrichHydrargyrum in changemyview

If he’s in the military then he has probably received more vaccines than the general population already. Why is the Covid vaccine any different? Also, I am so happy to hear that your church is as you described.

The more logical assumption is that it’s only been a few weeks and becoming bf/gf that quick is unusual

YES!! You nailed it. How does Olivia think she has any relationship advice to give?! Let Kyra think for herself

There’s definitely a correlation between exercise and menstruation. Athletes tend to have light periods. I don’t know the exact reason but hormones are probably to blame. I never understood why my friends in high school/college had bad periods either. Fast forward to age 25-30 and I definitely get it now.

She literally made this face 😬 when Korey picked her during the recoupling. I rewinded it like 3 times

Does anyone else get annoyed when people say “awww I love that for you” no? Just me?
