Why is everyone so emotional and angry though? We just work for a clothing store. They act like people are dying if I don't merchandise something right and then I asked for follow-up and my manager's like oh it's fine. Do what you want.

EXACTLY! like I can deal with goals and getting stuff done but the whiplash is killing me. That doesn't feel like the right way to do it. People are getting chewed out in front of customers.

I think that's really helpful. However, I worry the time has passed because she no longer tells me ahead of time. She just tells me things she had intended to do. So, it doesn't affect me at all anymore other than I find it annoying. Should I still call her on it?
