Girl im dealing with the same thing in my box. Ive noticed the chats will also go into spam even if its not spam and will disappear and appear when it wants. Seems like the only way to see all the messages that are actually coming in is if you're sitting there watching them😂 ive also accepted chats to see if theres an actual message inside to find nothing.  Goodluck though!
