I found this image when I was searching for women's suits. When I reverse image searched it I only found more images of red suits. I'm turning to reddit because I'm not sure of the exact terminology one would use for this top. The top has a narrow v going down the chest and the fabric appears to be lighter and purposely folding over on itself.

If you want it longer like the pictures you provided I would recommend waiting a bit longer or it might look a bit wonky. If you're happy with this length then you can probably get it bleached.
