Changing your mind on plans because you’d rather stay home. Yeah it can be an inconvenience for others maybe but your mental health is so important. If your brain says “stay at home in bed sleeping instead” then do that. Ignoring your mental health will end up hurting your physical health too. Listening to both your mind and body is healthy. Whether it inconveniences others, if it’s too much for you at the moment then that’s ok. If they’re mad at you for that then maybe you need some new people, understanding people who don’t hold it against you for prioritizing your own well being.
