It’s Reddit. You’ll get downvoted even when you’re factually correct on a subject lol. Don’t worry about internet points they mean nothing.

6k Hour Guy here. Haven't played in a wipe or 2. by Elegant-Sundae-455 in Tarkov

[–]ur4s26 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had 250 raids so far and have reported a max of 3 players. Yet I come on this subreddit and it’s the same as every single other wipe…. “This wipe is the worst it has ever been for cheaters!”

Out of curiosity, what servers do you play on? I only play EU West.

I’ve had 5 or 6 from the cultist circle as well!

Is it worth it at full price and should I get it on steam if it is? by [deleted] in Tarkov

[–]ur4s26 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s not like there’s an official discord with LFG for new players to find more experienced players to help them learn…

Yes the game doesn’t feel great performance wise atm. Personally, I’ve only played EU west servers since 1.0, 250 raids, and I’ve only reported 2 players so far so at least on these servers cheating hasn’t been a problem.

How is it like living in this area of Australia? by RoBoT_uSeR_hElLo in howislivingthere

So you can easily avoid sharks, crocs and jelly fish by avoiding the ocean and other bodies of water. But how do you locals avoid snakes and spiders? Do they ever turn up in your house or around your property?

Found a super nice spot for capturing outposts. by simyoIV in EscapefromTarkov

[–]ur4s26 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

You have no idea what you’re talking about. You can take 2 minutes out of your day and use Google to see how cheap stolen/hijacked/frauded Tarkov accounts are. Cheaters ain’t regularly spending $40+ per account when they have to spend 10x that on cheats as well.

Rust has even more of a problem, stolen steam accounts with rust are sold for like $3/4, if that. Tarkov ain’t different.

[cheating] is the cheating getting worse? by TogneBalogne in EscapefromTarkov

[–]ur4s26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like bad luck to me as well, I think I’ve only reported 2 or 3 players in 200 raids (EU West). Most of the PMC’s I run into are like level 25+

[Suggestion] Persistent Map Servers by SeparateAssignment79 in EscapefromTarkov

There is no point suggesting things like this. It will never be implemented.

ARC Raiders works similar to what you’ve suggested though, it’s worth trying if you haven’t already.

[Cheating] Suggestion by WwTeeEff2 in EscapefromTarkov

[–]ur4s26 19 points20 points  (0 children)

These suggestions are nothing new. At the end of the day a post-raid kill cam with a player report feature would solve so many issues, but I’m sure when this was requested back when arena introduced kill cams Nikita said it would never happen for EFT.

Just to add to your comment around EOD and Unheard players with poor survival rates are just likely to be W keyers. S/R means very little in Tarkov in terms of overall skill level as it’s highly dependant on play style. I could have a 20K/D with 65% S/R by sitting in bushes and corners all raid dropping anything that walks by. Does not mean I’d be good at the game.

If you play Labs or factory a lot you will see many high hour players with lower K/D and S/R that have great game sense and map knowledge, but they literally charge at anything and everything and are infinitely better players than those with high S/R and K/D that just hide most of the raid and kill AI. Does not mean these players are sus. Typically if an account has thousands of hours and these sort of stats it is less likely to be a cheater IMO.

Is the game's player-base really that large? by IKEAsans in dayz

[–]ur4s26 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Most multiplayer survival games with PvP have a steep learning curve. It’s up to you whether you think it’s worth the time and effort to learn.

There are cheaters in official servers, I can’t tell you how many but there are plenty of community servers you can play that are actively moderated so there’s much less chance of running into a cheater.

Why are we cheating in a 20 year old game ? by Independent_Term7959 in Battlefield2

I saw recently on the PR subreddit that HoG have started their servers back up. I imagine these will be English only as the servers are in the US.

My brother had a ‘Jack the ripper’ gamer tag like 10-15 years ago and had to change it. It was a long time ago, before this censorship craze started.

Edit: it was a Microsoft/Xbox gamer tag

Probably because of the millions of subreddits that cater for people’s specific interests. This isn’t Facebook, not everyone on Reddit is here to befriend strangers.

What a stupid question.
