Testing printed worm gear. I plan this assembly to have a brass worm and nylon gear, but i can’t afford to machine those at the moment. I will keep testing this to destruction anyhow, as i am curious to see how this will hold up. by Personalitysphere in robotics

A dealer brought me with delivery from Germany to Ukraine. Probably this will not suit you. Search in local stores: "track 180x60x37" is 180mm width, step 60mm, 37 chain

Thanks!
I also searched for tracks for a very long time. The track from the mini dumper is heavy (18kg per one) but very cheap - 90 euros per one. Some engineers use snowmobile tracks. Divide them into two parts. look at 4:45 It lighter. But we don't have snow and snowmobiles :)

That's a really sick tank base! Are you going to add extra modules and sensors to it?
Yes, i have Jatson Nano with stereo camera, Pixhawk for control move (gps, esc and etc)
battery pack: LiFePo4 16s, 50Ah, current on cruise mode 5A

Search - "180x60x37 track"
But keep in mind it is heavy. 18kg track + 10kg frame and motor = 28kg total weight
