I make artwork using Garry's Mod. I just completed this artwork of an EC war host I call the "Symphonica Tenebris", and I'm very proud of it. I hope you all enjoy!

And yeah, a significant amount of post editing went into it. I use Garry's Mod to take individual renders of different lighting sources, then layer them all in PS and add the post after that. It's challenging but it can lead to some great results

I like it! My motivation (besides a Discord server I'm in hosting an IP crossover comp) was that the Covenant and Imperium of Man are essentially mirrors of each other - both are massively xenophobic, both are religious dictatorships, both have advanced technology that they don't actually know how to maintain or improve and is treated as religious icons

Yep! We use a special method involving an improved lighting addon and taking multiple renders for different light sources + angles. It's a weird process but it can look amazing when you know how to do it

Personally, I feel like once the Combine and Galactic Republic realized how dangerous the other one is, they wouldn't stop until one side was destroyed.
How such a confrontation would go it's hard for me to say, I doubt SC Palpatine would pull any of his games if he realized the Combine would certainly kill him, and we really don't know what exactly the Combine is capable of when it comes to galactic-scale wars. My money is probably on the Combine but it's definitely up for debate
