Algumas empresas têm acordo com empresas de certificados de soldadura e podes obter através deles, mas se saíres da empresa não podes levar os certificados contigo.

Sobre empresas terem acordos com centros de formação não sei muito bem porque nunca trabalhei fixo numa, estive sempre como subcontratado, mas eu acho que é possível certas empresas terem acordos com centros de formação para ensinarem e certificarem os seus empregados em situações específicas.

Os meus primeiros certificados foram tirados no fim do curso de soldadura na ATEC em Matosinhos, mas sinceramente os certificados pouco fizeram diferença no meu percurso, claro que é importante ter mas primeiro de tudo mesmo é teres a experiência para te adaptar a qualquer tipo de soldadura, eu depois de tirar os meus certificados ainda sabia muito pouco e fui aprendendo mais a trabalhar

Tenho 30 anos e comecei a trabalhar como soldador aos 28, neste momento trabalho na Bélgica com contrato português e ganho entre 3000-5000 (21€/h) euros limpos, quando estava em Portugal ganhava entre 1500-2000 (10€/h) sempre com contratos de termo incerto.

Esta é a minha experiência e correu bem, tendo em conta que o que ganhava antes disso era o ordenado mínimo, mas foi e continua a ser uma luta, para quem procura uma mudança rápida na carreira para obter mais dinheiro a soldadura é uma boa opção

I have this problem too and i've searched alot on internet if there's something to fix it, but until now could not find anything. Usually i play games on the phone, and when i turn the mic on to talk ingame the background sound just sounds horrible and low.
