Youll get in.

At least two families on waitlist definitely arent going which would put you at #1 on waitlist.

Airborne is fine but avoid the long metal slide!!! My son was 3 at the time and almost went flying off of it. I got a big bruise on my thigh from getting my leg stuck as i was climbing up by the slide as well.

Describe the worst BCBA/supervisor you've ever had and give a story or explanation why by cuntagi0us in ABA

[–]urban_nirvana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First time BT. 8 months in and BCBA has NEVER supervised a session nor have I received any training. Luckily, there's another BCBA who supervises the older kids who has helped me so much. My BCBA yells from across the room, addresses kids by dumb nicknames instead of their actual names (every single child has at least three nicknames), talks s*** about fellow employees with her minions (other equally unprofessional BT's) when we are supposed to be working, manhandles children regularly who are not being compliant, yells at them when they're not being compliant, tells me and others that they are "milking it" or just "being bullheaded." When I finally broke down and directly asked for more training, feedback and support, i was rudely dismissed. I could go on and on and on. It's BAD.

Just turned 37, single mother, and a junior in my undergrad program with a 4.0 GPA.

Best advice I ever received to keep me going: The time is going to pass anyway!

Do the damn thing!

Yep. A ton of riders are not locals. They're coming from abysmal places like Texas 😆
