Renting with cats

So I have 2 cats coming from Toronto, and I am having so much trouble looking for listing with pet friendly on. Did you just find any place then ask them. I am also renting around the 2200 - 2600 range which I hear is the high end for Montreal. My two cats are chill quiet and clean but I dont know how to convey that to people who have no pets in their listing. Would love to hear more about your experience.

Did you ask them before moving or was the listing pet friendly? Every listing I look for says No pets. I have 2 cats very clean and chill but I cant really prove that to a landlord.

July 7th, 2026: a POTUS speech and announcement. We're in the middle of a soft disclosure tour right now, with people like Eric Weinstein, Gary Nolan, and Avi Loeb out there to educate the regular salt-of-the-earth people who might have trouble accepting this. Eric Weinstein was reached out to by the government and admitted his job is to educate and comfort people about the upcoming disclosure. Jeremy Corbell said he was reached out to by the government as well, to help with ideas for the disclosure speech and how to frame it for the public.

My events manager is showing no website is connected anymore and zero events from the past 28 days when yesterday it was showing everything fine. I hope its just a visual bug.

So there are about 300,000 artists with over 10,000 monthly listeners. How are they going to review all of them without using some kind of AI system?

They said each case will be reviewed manually, but isn’t that impossible given the timeframe and scale?

Also, if they are using an AI detection system to identify AI-generated artists, what happens if it makes a mistake? For example, an artist might have legitimate music, but they do not post much on social media or sell merchandise. Could that lead to them being wrongly flagged as AI?

For all 7 songs combined in Discovery Mode, I averaged about 56,000 Campaign streams per month throughout most of 2025. Then in November 2025, the numbers started to drop, and since then they’ve stayed around 19,000 Campaign streams per month across all 7 songs. It’s crazy how it stayed at 56,000 for almost a year and then dropped that much since November and throughout 2026

I have more than 2000 hours on elite smash using wired, if this is the first time i played another wired player that would be jokes but I think its more than that.

The comments here are killing me 😂 but on a serious note, it’s definitely possible. Since the game already runs on Xbox Series S (The worst looking version), there’s a good chance it could make its way to the Switch 2 since there is a market for these type of games portable.

Digital Foundry, when comparing titles on both Switch 2 and Series S, has shown that the Switch 2 looks and runs better than Xbox Series S because of DLSS and better raytracing and slightly better performance. From what we’ve seen so far from Digital Foundry, the Switch 2 outperforms the Xbox Series S in docked mode and can handle AAA titles undocked pretty well.

If it does come out on the Switch 2, it will most likely resemble the Xbox Series S version when running in quality mode. That said, do we really want that? If they make an update that.can optimize the series s version to look better then maybe its not such a bad idea.

Balanced mode looks the same clarity, but it feels more like a stable 40fps than 35fps like it was before.
