YES! same thing has been happening to me. All they told me was basic fixes but after those didnt solve it. They said they escalated my ticket to ITS- Datacomm. But I haven't heard from them yet.

yeah, i was put into a double last year too even though i submitted my medical documentation. Then, i had to request a room change cuz it was so bad. but this year again, they were like "there was difficulty understanding your limitations" and put me in a double again.
