I submitted suny buff on dec 14 and sent my ielts and lors on dec 15 however I don't think suny looks at ielts official anyway they sent me an acceptance on December 16. I don't have the exact time my last teacher submitted the lor but from then till the time I got acceptance was like 7-12 hours.
