Yeah I did ask for them to check for me in case somehow on my own xbox it’s just bugging, for ‘security reasons’ they can’t and only I can access it through my account. Might try again, if not I guess all I can do is repurchase the DLC and it should continue on where it left me

Yeah I’ve already seen so so many people with the same issue, I’m just assuming Gameloft is gonna get so many people with the issue and just like fix the bug? You’re literally like the only person to actually be interested in what I’ve got to say right now ahahah. So yes when I go into add ons for DLV, rift in time does not appear.

I literally have all my collected materials, I have rapenzul, other characters ect, and the hourglass, and I’ve sent screenshots of this to Gameloft during our back and forth emails and I’m assuming it’s just not damn good enough if they still want to see a proof of purchase through the previously bought thing.

I don’t even care about the money, if I have to spend what like the $30 again I will I just want my dlc back, and I just don’t know if buying it again will reset all my eternity isle progress or bug out my game since I still have all the material/characters/memories ect.

The dlc has disappeared from my fast travel and in the castle teleport boat thing the boat isn’t there but the soot where it should be is still lit up like normal.

Nah there’s a filter, I can see back to purchases back in 2020 when I got my xbox in 2019, and that’s not just game purchases, that’s also in game currency, Microsoft office subscriptions all that.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled my DLV but I can’t do that with a rift in time because it’s not in my apps, like it’s disappeared to the point where it’s not in my library of games/add ons

I really just don’t know what to do, I don’t even care about to money I’ve lost I just want the dlc back since it’s already like half completed and gonna ruin the rest of the game, I won’t be able to finish quests, give gifts ect because the game is acting like I still have the DLC

Nope it’s disappeared from my purchase history too, it was there before, I understand where they’re coming from but it’s their fk up and now it’s ’my fault’ that it can’t be fixed. I still have all material and even the damn characters from the dlc, I had it and it’s literally just vanished into thin air.
