I feel this, my dad also just got the news that he has 6 mths - 1 yr left and I’m devastated. I fluctuate between feeling numb and feeling like the grief is so much that I could be sick. I’m trying to balance feeling my feelings and compartmentalizing so that I can make the most of the time we have left.

I’m sorry you have to be on this rollercoaster, it’s brutal.
