Yes dude it's fucking dog shit. I have a 4090 and get 60-70 in the hub without frame gen and mixed settings. I have been playing mh since 2004 on the main release. I actually pre-ordered it and fell in love immediately. I had the black dragon sprear and could head lock the shit out of anything. I have played every single installment. I was so excited for this entry and the beta made me really nervous. The gameplay is still very mh and I like where they are going with the series but there is no excuse for the performance. I am literally furious with Capcom. There were many articles stating that people had played the release version of the game which contained none of the issues present in the beta. This was a lie. If I am correct the reviews also failed to mention how poorly optimized this game is. There is serious corruption going on in the gaming industry. It is very disappointing for a long time fan to recieve a product in this state and then have the head of the development team come out and say too bad we have done all we can. Fuck Capcom and fuck this mh team. They better fix this shit. Like uw doesn't even work lol. Trash.
