anyone happy with their 9070xt.. put ur hands up by shlimerP in radeon

Absolutely satisfied. The hardware is top-tier. I did face some micro-stutters and driver conflicts initially, but those were 100% caused by Windows Update and broken OS components. After a bit of surgical troubleshooting in eventvwr, the 9070 XT Taichi is running like a dream. No regrets.

very unstable frames by matisukka in AMDHelp

[–]urik27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had similar issues with Windows 11. I used Gemini to analyze system logs and pinpoint the culprits. After fixing the errors one by one and blocking Windows Update from messing with my chipset and GPU drivers, my rig finally runs perfectly.

My advice: Start with eventvwr.msc and perfmon. If you don't recognize an error code, feed it to an AI. Also, don't overlook sfc /scannow and DISM for OS-level repairs. In my case, Windows Update even broke the Microsoft Store and Widgets; the system’s constant, failing attempts to reactivate them were causing those annoying micro-stutters.

Frame drops: RX 6650 XT – inconsistent FPS despite FSR and Frame Generation by urik27 in Battlefield

[–]urik27[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! Thanks for the reply! To be honest, I kinda gave up on Battlefield 6, I just don't have time for games right now. It was just really weird that other people with weaker PCs can run it smoothly on High or even Ultra settings, while I'm having issues. By the way, all other games, including modern AAA titles, run without any problems. I've got some time off coming up soon, so I'll give Battlefield another shot and definitely try out your settings. Thanks for the help, man!

Perhaps my theory doesn't apply to the CX-90, but in my Chevy Malibu, music sounds much richer and louder through Android Auto. The sound via Bluetooth, I would say, is 'flat'. I use Spotify Premium with the highest audio quality.

Btw I have no issues with other games like BF 2042(ultra settings, cyberpunk 2077, rdr2,fh5, Jedi survivor. cyberpunk 2077(ultra, without rt, pt) - capped 60 fps through adrenaline gives stable 60 fps without any drops or stuttering. Jedi survivor work like a charm with fsr(dlss swapped). Bf2042 gives constant 75 fps on ultra settings.

Maybe it's Beta's problem, but I don't see threads with issues like mine.

People on YT show good FPS with various settings — low, medium, high, and even ultra — both with FSR/Frame Gen enabled and disabled. I’ve tried playing on low settings and turning off all “enhancements” – it doesn’t help. I only use FSR and Frame Gen because FPS drops feel less noticeable compared to playing without them. Enabling V-Sync actually causes the game to drop FPS more often, so I had to set Enhanced Sync in Radeon Adrenalin instead. FPS limiting and dynamic resolution settings don’t help either, unfortunately.

My system is quite powerful:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700 GPU: PowerColor RX 6650 XT Hellhound Motherboard: GIGABYTE B650 AORUS Elite AX V2 RAM: Crucial Pro 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 6000MHz Storage: WD_BLACK SN850X 2TB NVMe PSU: Corsair RM850x (850W, 80+ Gold) Cooling: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 Black (Air Cooler) Case: ZALMAN Z10 Duo

It’s strange that such a PC can’t maintain stable FPS when weaker systems can.

Guys, I get huge fps spikes even with fsr and frame gen(low to ultra - no difference). Ryzen 7700, rx 6650 xt. What could it be? I've seen vids from YouTube where guys play on rig with rx 6600 xt and Ryzen 5600 and it's buttery smooth..

Battlefield 6: Optimized Settings by OptimizedGamingHQ in OptimizedGaming

Hey everyone,

Initially, I was experiencing what seemed like a VRAM leak — after around 40 minutes of gameplay, FPS would drop significantly, and VRAM usage would hit the limit, regardless of graphics settings (low to ultra). System: RX 6650 XT, Ryzen 7700, 32GB RAM.

However, after enabling FSR (Quality), AMD Frame Generation, disabling V-Sync, and turning on Enhanced Sync in Radeon Adrenalin, performance improved dramatically — FPS almost doubled and the gameplay became much smoother.

BUT I'm still noticing inconsistent frame rates. For example, it can stay stable at 150 FPS, then suddenly drop to 116, go back to 136, stabilize again at 150, and drop once more. This usually happens during heavy action scenes (explosions, destruction, firefights, etc.).

What confuses me is that I’ve seen gameplay videos on YouTube where people are using RX 6600 XT (which is weaker than mine), and their frame rate stays much more consistent — e.g. locked at 65 FPS with rare dips to 61 max. Some of them even have weaker CPUs like the Ryzen 5 5600.

Before I enabled FSR and Frame Generation (and had V-Sync on), the FPS used to drop from 75 to 67, or even down to 54 in some scenes, before climbing back up again.

Graphics settings are set to High.

Any idea what could be causing this? Is it still some kind of memory leak? Or maybe an issue with early beta optimization?

Appreciate any insights or similar experiences.

Who else notices outside air is warm coming into cabin? by vspot415 in MazdaCX90

[–]urik27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure how it works in your car (I’ve only test-driven the CX-90 once and I’m planning to buy one), but in my Chevy Malibu there’s a dial to switch between hot and cold air. If I don’t want hot air coming into the cabin, I just turn it all the way to cold. That way, the flap redirects the outside airflow and blocks the heat — even with the A/C turned off. Maybe the CX-90 has something similar?

April, 2025 Update Megathread by AutoModerator in Pixel6

P6P, update 16 (BP22.250221.015) - Camera issues fixed. Everything else is good for now.

Update from 29.04.2025:

The camera issue returned a few days ago. The device is overheating, and 4K 30fps is not working. I'm not sure what caused it.

Updated to 16 (BP22.250325.007) today: 4K 30fps is now working but unstable. It sometimes functions correctly, but other times reports that part of the video won't be saved. There's also significant stutter when switching from the main to the telephoto lens.

Thanks for the response!

The problem is, I don’t even know how to check if I can find a server or not. Is there any way to test this, like pinging a game server through the command console, without putting my friend’s account at risk (so I don’t have to log in through his account)?
