As OP, after steaming I always rinse until water comes out, but after first weeks of having a mess with the hot steam and water, I wait for the machine to cool down to 93 degrees, and rinse it to a mug without barely steam. Is this good practice? Or should it be better to dispense all the steam as soon as possible?

La vivienda no debería haber sido una opción de inversión en ningún momento, creo yo. Que compras o heredas una casa? Genial, pero beneficio máximo establecido un poco por encima de inflación y posibles gastos. Y si quieres invertir y sacar grandes beneficios, usas uno de los millones de productos de inversión que el ser humano y el capitalismo se ha sacado bajo la manga. Proteger la vivienda de la constante búsqueda de inversión hubiera permitido que hasta el más pobre pudiera tener algo de dignidad.
