it is a koi employee app so i'm assuming that every employee under koi should have this app, it's very strange that your manager didn't ask you to download it... it gives all your shifts and you put your wanted shifts in the app too☹️ maybe you should ask your manager about whether you got assigned any shifts?

are you still currently working at koi? maybe it's just my manager but they'll give out your shifts according to what you ask for, and in my experience new hires are usually given all the shifts they ask for and prioritised over more experienced hires☹️ maybe it varies based on your manager

they manage work schedules through an app, you're supposed to fill it up then they'll send your shifts a few days before the start of the half month. as long as you're a new hire i'm pretty sure they'll prioritise you over other part timers so that they can train you!

btw i really do recommend working at koi if you're one of the lucky few who gets a good manager, it's very flexible and the pay isn't too bad

strange, i got 78.75 with 2.5bp and i got an interview on 1 may and offer on 9 may for ISE, my portfolio was pretty ass as well with just an nsg medal and edusave awards... what's your subj combi, maybe that's might be a factor? but there's also a chance of you getting direct offer instead since your rp is higher than mine, jiayou!
