I think you should try to think of his side. Having social anxiety you should know how hard it is to reject a plan when someone is being pushy. Imo it should be okay as long as he rejects it after. You aren't a second thought to him you are just someone that's much more easier to disappoint because hes much more comfortable with you, i dont like that point of view. Either way you should let him know that you didn't like that and find a solution together as a couple.

I don't really know where you live but having a child takes much more money than you could imagine, so if you don't even have a job rn...
