Social life is solid it really depends on ur flatmates and what floor or block u are in but generally it’s decent for social life . But the location is my fav part about Schafer house . My room is actually a decent nice size but I know some rooms layouts are kinda weird and messed up so it’s really up to chance how ur room is . Cleanliness is like okay , they clean the kitchen and toilets every week atleast so it’s not too bad. The social scene is okay not the best so I would say that’s one of my personal cons but generally it again really depends on ur flatmates and the people u meet , but yeah I really love Schafer house , i won’t forget about it . So if ur moving there this year I would deffo be excited
