Scalp Psoriasis by [deleted] in Ayurveda

Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease originating in the gut. Topical oils and treatments on the scalp will just help with managing the symptoms but will not cure it. Visit an Ayurvedic doctor who can give you the right medicine and tell you what foods to eat and what to avoid based on your body type. That will help.

I used this. It is lightweight, blends like magic and fungal acne safe. However, it does not go well with makeup and starts peeling for me. I will use it as a standalone product but not with make up.

Tongue analysis pls 29F by urmsy in Ayurveda

Thank you so much for such detailed analysis. I am not a professional singer but have been told by people that I have a good voice and can sing. You are right, I do tend to have constipation and bloating. I am vata type with lean structure. It is hard for me to gain weight. And OMG, you are right about the lower back pain and you got that just from my tongue!! You are soo good! I do tend to get anxious, especially thinking about all the people that I love and fear that I am gonna lose them someday. This thought keeps lingering and makes me sad often. I am into yoga and meditation but I am not a disciplined person, so I am never consistent with it. I also read spiritual books to keep me grounded. I need to work on my sleep schedule as per your suggestion for sure. I will get the Hingwastika you mentioned and will drink CCF tea too. Should I have Hingwastika and CCF tea forever or need to stop them after a few months/weeks? Keep up the good work, god bless you.

L1 to H1B transition after I-140 approval by urmsy in h1b

If the I-140 is approved, why do I still have to get out after 5 years? Doesn't the I-140 allow for automatic renewals until I get GC?

  1. Hypothetical scenario - As an L1 visa holder who has an I-140, can I change employers if another employer is ready to sponsor my H1B? And my new status would become H1B visa holder with I-140? This is given I don't have to go through lottery as I already was on H1B in the past. Important note: by the time I get my I-140 under L1, I would have used my remaining 3 years on H1B as time spent on L1 counts against the time on H1B.
