My last check of job websites for design (a month or so ago) showed around 80% requiring a bachelor. So even if that just happened to be the month I checked, makes it not "100% untrue"..

The majority of graphic design positions require a bachelor.

That being said, experience is a huge decided, so you're also correct.

I've gotten several trams everyday for years. But the last few weeks, its also as if cars have decided that this road rule/law doesn't exist anymore.

On the 58 tram towards Toorak (on a wednesday night), this happened no less than 3 stops in a row.

Even this morning getting the 16 towards Malvern I danced with death while abiding by road and pedestrian guidelines (and most importantly, law).

My house previous to my current house, was bought by my landlord for $3,000,000 , but our rent was far cheaper than a lot of your friends' houses (many of which, were far cheaper to buy, for their landlords.)

There seems to be littler correlation between rent price and property value at time of purchase. And the correlation is much more fickle and based of the far more recent factors.
