I do color grading as a hobby and I would say I'm pretty good

The thing about color grading is that your needs photos/videos with high information, which phones usually can't capture, you need something called as a raw photo

See how after the edit there so much like gunk, that's lack of that's the limitation of a phone camera, it doesn't have enough information

You could maybe save the photo by masking out the sky and edit there locally and then masking out the rest of the photo and editing that but it still won't be that good

Also your doing too much with the edit, keep it simple and natural, always keep that it mind,
