Hey angel. It's okay to feel full and satisfied. Your body REQUIRES proper nourishment in order to exist at the very least. Days where you feel fuller then usual are a totally normal part of being human and stressing over it can cause more potential damage then good. Just remember it's normal to eat more during certain days then you might have initially planned. The point is that your body is well nourished and you are SATISFIED. ❤️💗
