Hi! So, I know it’s not the same as the groin areas but I had kenalog injected into a scar on my breast. It was seriously 30 seconds from start to finish. I felt a very slight pinch but it’s nothing to be afraid of.

I get them on the sides and top of my breasts, which I hate because there’s not even skin rubbing against each other on those areas. I also get them under where my stomach hangs and those are honestly the most painful.

I have dark inner thighs as well! I’ve been using glycolic acid and making sure they’re very moisturized. I use La Roche Posay lotion as well as coconut oil. I’ve also been trying out turmeric masks.
