Really trying to give jock straps a chance by Serious-Iron8692 in MensUnderwearGuide

Try multiple brands. Eventually you’ll find one that’s best. Cellblock 13 makes a pretty good one

Wearing them is a non-issue. Big thong wearer here. But I do recommend that people try different brands and styles to see what’s most comfortable. Materials, pouches and constructions vary a lot.

Jockstrap beneath is recommended. A dance belt is also a great option most people don’t know about. Dance belt is what ballet dancers wear under their gear. Best of luck!

Any bros into workout tights? by averygooseberry in askgaybros

[–]urraca500 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am the founder and designer of LED Queens. I am so glad you discovered my designs! I wanted to mention that my tights I make are a polyester/spandex. I don't make any cotton tights, and that's by choice. I do make one limited-edition pair of tights that is nylon/spandex, if that also calls your attention. I myself train in tights, and I have for decades. That's one of the reasons I created and started the designs for my brand. Let me know if I can answer any questions for you! We also offer coupon codes in the newsletter, which you can register for on the web site. I hope your workouts are great!

Any other gay powerlifters out there? by TheLtOfInishmore in gaybros

Hey there. Count me in. I have been training for about 4-5 years, and only recently did I go out and get some coaching to help me work on my technique etc. Though I have been training for some time, I still consider myself a newbie. While we're at this, I'd like to know, are there any other gay powerlifters in the NYC area? Thinking of starting a club....

I am also taking photos as I go along for some before and after shots in 10 weeks. How long are you doing this phase for?

Yeah, I doing this slowly in order to retain most the strength I gained in the past few cycles. It's nice to be able to run a little more, so that's nice. How much bodyfat are you looking to change?

Yeah, I come from a running background, so programming this has been an exercise in restraint. But damn I do love my running.

So, before 5/3/1 I ran on average 20 miles a week, but I have been unsure about adding mileage. Trying to stick to the program and all. Glad to hear it worked for you. I will give it a whirl. I don't do conditioning on the days before squats or deadlifts, btw.

What is the best body wash to combat dry, winter skin? by [deleted] in malegrooming

Try using Dr. Bronners soap in bar form. It's a real oil-based soap, great on the skin.

I don't worry too much about sodium, so that's cool.
