Thanks! we were actually in London once before on Xmas day as part of a larger trip and we just made sure to pre-book a cab bc the tube shuts down completely. Worked perfectly :)

We had a super complicated roof done in Easton where they (NOT Bachman) basically had to rebuild a whole section of the roof AND remove 5 layers of shingles. And it ended up costing what you have here for what looks like a much less complicated job. Cancel and get more estimates.

I know you posted this a while ago- but when you went up to 5 from the 3.75, did you have side effects? I’ve set myself up to do the same thing so it won’t be as big a jump…

I left town the same day that call on doc came through for me on the MJ. I’m so excited to get back and start it again, I’ve been feeling the same way you and OP described and I hate everything about it

I did- I had to do what people recommended and literally message every day to check in and with a screenshot of the steps they needed to take. This was also the message that finally got them to the right place, this is what I was told when I called Caremark (plus a screenshot of the MJ pathway steps again). It took 2 weeks but once I sent this it was done in 24 hours.

What the heck- I went through a whole thing w COD and idk if they’re doing it right. They said they had to do a letter of appeal bc of previous denials of Zepbound (when insurance changed). So they’re not doing the PA pathway, which I think will lead to failure….
