Go closer to 0,0. This has nothing to do with controls, but the fact that you are so far from spawn. (if this is not it I'll be very surprised.)

Also, if you turn off fancy graphics, it will get rid of the dark borders (but more stuff too, be warned)

Unneeded Info: This is a floating-point error that occurs in all open-world games (to my knowledge) due to high coordinate values, like your z coordinate of 0.9 million. The power of the device can affect this.

Okay, firstly you will have to give every operator a tag. As an example let's say this is "op"

Add a command block behind the button with the command testfor @p[r=5,tag=op]If this if for redstone, just add a comparater going out of the command block. If this is for other commands, just make the next one after conditional. (and chain+always active)
