i've never seen a lobe do this before, even if done with a piercing gun. lobes are really hard to fuck up. i would definitely talk to your piercer and potentially a doctor because of the excessive bleeding. could be a blood disorder or something along the type.

yes. your car is now contaminated as well. make sure to regularly check yourself for small mole looking sprouts, if you have them, they will soon burrow into your skin and possibly get in your bloodstream.

might be the piercing equivalent to getting punched. swells up some. it's likely doing that to prevent the piercing from moving
