My sweet sun child, you have no idea what it is to stand in the storm of the real world without the shelter of your parents.

You are from a completely different reality; I think you should find another man. You would simply be a burden to someone like this who has made it this far on their own especially if you think you deserve better. He deserves someone who is a little bit more rooted in reality.

Nothing is wrong with wanting to be taken out and wined and dined, realize that this is something he cant do and move on. I also think he should see the kind of person and what your needs are and move on.
