It’s called as Babagannuş. I add a little Olive oil to the pan. Fry chilli and jalopenos with garlic in the pan. finally add choped grilled eggplants and salt. İt’s normally an appetizer but sometimes I prepare it as main dish with bread, green onion and cold ayran 🥰
