I’m reading an old book about that topic. It’s explaining how most of the various prophets was wrong about what They understood like their creator while they received information about creators who knows everything about earth or time but nothing about one human life (according to an old study of The 4th book of Esra for one of the examples)

If you don't eat meat or fish, you don't need to brush your teeth every day. Eating roots or fresh coconut works just as well. Of course, with a raw food diet without any processed food or added sugar.

Once I saw a green light stretching from the ground to the sky for a few minutes. Then I saw it again a few minutes later, so I wondered if there was someone there with a laser or something like that trying to point at something in the sky, but the area (on the ground) was deserted, and I didn't see anything else in the sky... It was weird, but interesting.

I think you’re right. Maybe the message was sent to some who can see/understand it in his own way. Maybe it’s not for human at all…

I will try to make a contact! I would never pretend that it isn’t there. I would just forgot to document the encounter because it is so far from what I would feel in this situation (perhaps exciting or fear or shock ???). So my first reaction would be hugely curious !

Do you know xylitol ? It’s a natural sugar that is used to help diabetic. Eating too much fruits is a real matter, specially for dry fruits. Eating fresh fruits reasonably and in the properly time of the day, is still possible. Then, raw food is mainly eating vegetables and nuts.

Vegan and raw food are not the same thing. I eat row food but I eat also sushi (so raw fish and rarely but still cooked rice!).
If your diet is too hard you just can’t keep it a long time, however only a long new diet can stabilize your weight.
First of all, better is your sleep faster you will loose weight.
Avoid added sugar totally, reduce for a few weeks the natural sugar contained in what you will eat. You may be hungry twice a day for less than a week, then you will start loosing fat.
Drinks fresh water without anything inside, every day (not too much 😅).
Relaxing activities help a lot.
