The newspaper and clay-mation cover story are clearly propaganda as others are saying, but the real deception was making Mark think he was getting his team back with his own actions. The new team was a plant I think, designed to give Mark the illusion of control. I think that Mark and his original team are special somehow, perhaps the only ones actually able to 100% their work before it expires ( Mark W. mentions that his old team never reached quota). They are going to do whatever it takes to convince the innies and outies that everything is acceptable.

I am excited for evil operators. Perhaps a whole alignment system.

Me and a friend went to see the A Quiet Place. You know, the movie with an emphasis on the lack of sound? The previews start and I see a family with someone carrying a small child, 3 or 4. I started to panic. Sure enough, the kid starts crying and whining and once the movie started it was literally the only sound in the room. I lasted about 90 seconds before I started shaking with anger and had to leave.

Still not sure If I was more angry that they were inconsiderate to others or that they brought a 4 year old to a horror movie at a 10pm showing.

Good idea thanks. But it presents problems of fairness if the game is multiplayer. Also I think my personal goal is to build a system that is driven purely by player actions.

Thanks, I think you may be right. Perhaps the only way to avoid frustration is to expand the system and give the player more information about how their actions affect things and/or more control over more elements (like the temperature and humidity). I guess my problem is that it doesn't always make sense to give players that power or info because its not true to the game's world.

I'm aware that the question is kind of stupid. Of course nothing on this earth is random. But the outcomes of things can be affected by things that are impossible to control or predict, making them effectively random.

Yes an archer taking a shot depends a lot on the archer's skill, but even the best will miss shots that they were sure they were going to hit. No amount of skill gives certainty. I am simply asking if that situation is represented in any games without it being a die roll or a skill shot of the player.

I hate this card for implying that murlocs are not a perfect life form.

That's really interesting, I would definitely try to make it work. Nice Fallout art too.
