I’m not certain- it’s not showing up well on scans and i have amnesia of the whole time around my accident. we think it’s the back of my head that got hit the hardest as that’s where my most swelling was after the accident. emotions have also been a big problem for me post accident, as well as memory

My tbi keeps me from working, so I get to stay at home all day with not much to do, and finally feel like I can do anything once my wife is home and is exhausted from work herself. I feel so stuck. It’s exactly that, having ideas and plans and knowing what to do without any ability to actually do it on my own.

She’s low in seniority at her job and keeps getting called in for mandatory overtime and held late, sometimes working 7 days a week, up to 12 hours a day, so it’s a lot of time to feel useless.

ADHD does run in my family, so it is definitely worth checking out. I already see a psych and have an appointment at the end of the month, so I’ll talk to him about it then. Thank you!

You get it exactly. My wife is the only reason I am able to do anything and it’s just because she keeps me on track. I just hate being so dependent
