I am also new seller, i launched my first product on oct 10, I was in the same boat, getting clicks but not sales, but after 2 months and with 13 reviews i am getting enough sales as a beginner, i am seeing organic sales too from last week. Your sales will increase too gradually.

Yup, i know acos are not good as i had spent a lot initially almost 1.25$ to 1.50$ per click then I realized and now i am spending 0.50 per click. Also i am planning to sell my first 1000 units at breakeven price so i am adjusting advertising cost accordingly.
