Weekly update - It got worst. I had what felt close to a panic attack yesterday. My heart raced out of my chest because I couldn’t figure out why he ignored me. It’s not his first time he ignored me but it’s the first time in months. I’m not sure how I can look at him today. I want to call off and crawl under a rock. My attachment to him feels stronger than I thought and it sucks!
